Clean your temp directory

A lot of process (cache , build tools, generators) use the temp directory and dont clean it.
A big temp directory will make the process that use it much much slower.
For example build of c# project was 3 time faster after i clean the temp direcoty.

If you dont know where is it just write in the command line %temp%
